Also, one has to avoid substances like fruits containing fructose and also dishes containing lactose. Raw cauliflower and broccoli should never be taken as they are hard to digest. Care should be taken as to not skip main meals.

A lot of water should be drunk throughout the day and the food should be swallowed only after proper chewing. Sweets, gum, aerated drinks, spicy foods etc should be avoided. Vegetables and fruits should be had without peel and seeds after cooking. Beans, ground nuts, cashew nuts and others, corn and its products should also be tried and avoided.

Bloated stomach is not a disease most of the time. Sometimes the intake of antibiotics can also cause stomach bloating. By not eating sweets, food stuffs with high fat content, salty substances can be had at a minimum level to prevent stomach bloating.
