Like acne on the face, body acne is a problem that many people face. Many get body acne simply because they sweat too much.

1. A daily routine where you wash your skin in luke warm water is the best way to cure body acne.

Loose fitting clothing will also let more air circulate, which will keep your skin cooler, preventing sweat from forming under your clothes.

4. If you have acne on your body make sure you never pop a pimple! The pimple could spread across your whole body.

5. If you have to, take a cotton ball and cover the pimple with it, then pop it, making sure all the puss is absorbed in the cotton ball.

6. To cure body acne you should follow a good diet regularly. Stay away from greasy fast foods.

7. Also, stress is a big cause of acne. Try to relax and calm down in your life, get into a daily cleansing routine, and you’ll be on your way to get rid of body acne!
