You can also do exercises like opening your mouth as wide as possible and then closing it. Open your jaw as much as you can, and then close it. But also concentrate on the width of your mouth, too. Pull the sides tight as if you were trying to say form the letter A.

These kinds of a double chin exercise, repeated at least a few times a day, will help tone the muscle that works your jaw and tighten that double chin.
