Depression Caused By Undiagnosed Diabetes Or Pre-Diabetes? Is It Possible?

Because it is accepted that depression is more common in diabetics it seems likely it would also be common in undiagnosed diabetics. After all, an undiagnosed diabetic is a full-on diabetic who either doesn’t know it, or an undiagnosed diabetic who knows it but hasn’t revealed it.
An individual who is overweight, eating badly and inactive, plus being depressed, should consider undiagnosed diabetes as one of the possible underlying causes for the depression. It doesn’t take a genus to see the connections even though the clues are not confirmation of the facts.

Have you considered being an undiagnosed diabetic as a cause for your depression. Physical diseases like diabetes and anemia can trigger mental diseases like anxiety and depression. While physical disease, including those not recognized, are not the foundational cause for most depressions they are a legitimate cause in some. You cannot remove the underlying cause for your depression if you have not uncovered it; a few simple tests stand between you and relief if the cause if physical.
