I found a lot about people in airport and in flights. Since i fly more often for travel and profession it has been easy for me to know about people. This has made me know about lot of people and their characteristics. I was able to find their anxiety levels.

It also helps that I am a therapist and I’m trained to not only listen to what someone says but also what that person’s body language is telling me.

A man man who is extremely scared of flying stays in the flight with severe tension by pulling his armrests, breathing with fear and closing his eyes and chanting something so that it would calm him down from that disturbed state of mind.

Another person takes deep breaths in frequent intervals and is normally behaving. The person knows what flying causes and how to deal with it.

Certain people expect everything to be calm and relaxed. Once things are not their way they may get tensed up and become depressed.

The fear of flying called claustrophobia is when people have an issue standing once the plane lands. Those people wait for the plane to land and they rush to get off the plane. There are people who are scared of standing in long queues.

All of these behaviors are indicative of an anxiety disorder. Those who suffer from anxiety disorders can experience intense feelings of fear that are out of proportion to the perceived danger or threat.

Anxiety disorders are common anxiety, fear and worries, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).

Many famous people have survived the OCD which is the fear in doing a specific action repeatedly. People have a fear and worry which they do not know and they cannot explain.

Shyness and fear cause a person to madly think. For examples shy person may think of getting out of the house and the one who gets scared may switch off all the electronic tools before sleep. Anxiety disorder is a serious problem when it prohibits from executing certain actions.

Anxiety is not fully explained until and unless it is felt by everybody. Anxieties till then will remain short and sudden.

For others, it’s a chronic condition in which the physical symptoms such as racing heart, high blood pressure, perspiration and difficulty breathing can happen several times per day.

In fact, those with anxiety disorders are four times as likely to develop high blood pressure as those without! Left untreated, high blood pressure can lead to stroke, heart attack and blindness.

The natural and easy breathing exercises can lower blood pressure very effectively. Not considering the reasons for blood pressure I suggest you to follow my high blood pressure program

  1. Symptoms Symptoms Says:

Last summer/fall, I had intermittent inner ear problems and would get vertigo out of nowhere. The last time it happened I was going 70mph in the left lane of a freeway. I got so freaked out it triggered a full-blown panic attack. I had to pull over and call 911. I went to the hospital and was fine, but ever since then, even 8 months later, I get anxiety when I drive on the freeway. Lucky for me, I have to drive that stretch of road on my way to school 4 times a week but it has still been *really* tough.
