The first thing that you need to try it when you get any sort of bruising is to use ice packs in order to reduce the swelling first of all. If you do this for about 15 minutes each and every hour that you are awake during the day, this should help to get rid of the bruising very quickly.
In much the same way as using cold compresses, you could also try using hot compresses as well. You can create a warm compress by writing a towel and then putting it into the microwave in order to warm it up. You might also consider getting something like a hot water bottle or some other sort of warm pack that you can press against the affected area. If you do have bruising on the limbs, then make sure to raise the bruise up above your head so that the blood does not store.
You should also try to make sure that you are eating healthy foods in order to help get rid of your bruising. You should eat foodstuffs that are rich in vitamins C and vitamin K as C will help in healing, and vitamin K will help the blood to clot properly.
