Use raw tea leaves whenever possible and make sure it is organic. Tea bags are good but the tea may be old and it is highly processed.

4.Multi Vitamins. Take a multivitamin/mineral everyday. Make sure it has high levels of the B vitamins because they help lower homocysteine. 5.Exercise. This one is hard for most people. It need not be. Just an hours walk everyday will do it. The most important aspect is to keep the body moving. The practice of Chiquong is also helpful and is easy to do. If you want to do more that is up to you but there are studies that just keeping active and stress free will do as much for long life as hard running and heavy gym workouts.
