The plastic definitely gets into the water and shows up in your body organs. In addition, the bottled water industry is not regulated. You have no idea whether the water in the bottle is safe yet you pay a premium price to buy it.

Educate yourself about water. And make sure you drink water that is alive-not dead like distilled or reverse osmosis water. Make sure you drink enough water. With water, as with food, your brain takes its needed supply first, Dehydration results in a myriad of conditions and diseases that doctors treat with medicine and surgery. Know how much water is enough and how well you assimilate the water you drink.

4. Get exercise at least three times a week. You do not need to go to a gym and do heavy duty workouts Walking every day helps you stay well.

Be sure you do some resistance exercise, though, to keep your bones strong, Do you know that hips break spontaneously and then people fall in 50% of the cases-when people wind up incapacitated or dead from complications following broken hips?

5. Get enough deep sleep so your body can repair old cells and grow healthy new ones. You need sleep to recover from the day’s energy expenditure. Adding meditation to your routine will assist you in quieting your mind so you can refresh yourself during busy days and increase your alertness.
